Hi, I'm Lorena! I've spent over three decades in IT — infrastructure, automation, tech support, you name it — for companies across several countries. I'm fluent in English and Spanish's my native language, so nothing ever gets lost in translation.
And it's not all corporate stuff — I've also taught Microsoft Office classes in Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Mexico, so I genuinely know how to explain tech to someone who's never touched a spreadsheet. Patience is kind of my thing.
